I am putting my front end back together. At what part in the process do I re-insert the torsion bar into the LCA. My first attempt I installed the TB with the LCA pointing straight down, then realized I couldn't pull it back up (duh). I can back the TB out and then move the LCA up but, how do I know what's a good point? Should I pull the LCA up to where the strut bar can be inserted and use that as my height at which I should install the TB.

After that I read somewhere on here I think it was that I should then follow these steps:
- Hang the Upper Control arm and spindle
- Insert shock into shock tower
- Install lower ball joint loose
- Use a jack to align the 2 5/8 bolts that connect the spindle to the lower ball joint
- Attach the lower shock mount

Before tightening the LCA, put them under load and then tighten.
Does all that sound correct?

Side Note: Are the spindles specific to the left and right side? I may have mixed them up while painting them...
