Thinking of leaving the body of my 300HURST just like it is, a little ratty. Should I shine all the chrome up? Or leave everything ratty?
Leave it ratty. Like the other 500 that have marched through here.Thinking of leaving the body of my 300HURST just like it is, a little ratty. Should I shine all the chrome up? Or leave everything ratty?
I inherited this one last summer(been sitting in a garage since 1988). I too struggled with either keeping the dusty patina or clean it up. Since its all original and original paint, I decided to clean it up and I'm glad I did. 1st pic is right before pushing it out of the garage. Next pic is after its 1st bath in decades.
Naw......I think I'll keep it. Been going thru it all winter and just need to take care of the heater core. Luckily my garage is heated.I think you should save yourself some trouble and cash in on your inheritance by selling that car to me since it has just been sitting in your garage since last summer. I like that blue color and I am sure there are a lot of other things you would rather have by using the money than messing with that huge problem!
Just pressure wash it and clear itDepends on how much Patina there is... this is an example of a little too much Patina...
Lol
