Built 1915 (properly maintained, it will last 500 years) , here in 1928 as G.T. O'Maley Ford. 18th at McGee, Kansas City Mo. Two stories, 14K sq feet, re-puposed multple times, for now multi-tenant usage.

I'd like one of these urban boxes .. just am UNable to throw the millions of dollars to acquire/remediate, hundreds of thousands annually to maintain it would take bo get one ANYWHERE zoning/low ccrime/would allow.

WIth each passing year, it (i.e., hobby garage/house idea) gets more & more unlikely. I still like dreamin', though :poke:

This one got my attention.

I guessed circa 1925, urban, street cars in operation, etc., Lots going on if you're a history nerd like me :poke:

Found the city, East Liverpool, OH and the approx. date (1930. source: Misc Historical Pictures of ELO 2 ).

A few structures recognizable that I could tell are left today ... maybe that five story building in the left foreground, the brick box with pointy roof right background (45 degrees southwest of old gas station, behind the tree, in retro photo, and middle-left ( a house?) of City Hall deep southerly background.

Sixth Street, looking southerly, at where the gas station would have been.

Williard Bros Pontiac, 616 Washington Ave, Bridgeville PA

According to the caption, this was a Ford dealer before selling Pontiacs. Location is now a post office.
