Playing around with trim.

Well last night i decided to play around with the U trim we have for the tail lights. This was the worst piece i have as far as tail light trim. Started of with my body hammer on the lines to get basic shape back then a flat punch and chisel to help define it a little more. I have about 2 hours it this piece and i belive with a little more work and some sanding and polish i can make it look pretty darn good. (passable)s_dancing2:

nice work, those are a ***** to find in any shape. keep us posted on the final results.

Are they saposta be black in the center or all polished? I think all i've seen are polished?

And i do have another question. The front bumper bumper gaurd i've seen some with and some with out. i dont think i like to looks of them are they worth any thing? i'm talking about the piece that goes on top of the front bumper. It's about 2 foot long and has the rubber around the edges? I've got one in pretty darn good shape.
