1 year and approximately 47 patches not including filling the self tapping screw holes and i have a floor again !

Awesome job my 62 floors looked just like yours it took me what seemed forever. I replaced the entire floor pan from a donor car. Than I had to do the same for the trunk. Now I just need to install the engine etc
 
Looks very good, the tin worms where busy there.

yeah, the car was stored without a top in a leaky garage with a plaster ceiling. the plaster fell inside the car and trapped the moisture there for years. not only was every low spot in the floor rusted, but every place where water dripped from the seat frames etc. the rear seat frame was rusted so badly that i had to remake most of that with the help of a donor (camaro) seat frame. not to mention that the previous owner had put sheets of galvanized duct work over the whole floor with self tapping screws. lots of holes to fill !
