Fury 3 Convertible w/slant 6.

Although you could not get a 1967 Fury III convertible with a slant six in the U.S., you could in Canada. And a 1967 Monaco convertible with a slant six. And again in 1968 for the last time. The Sport Fury and Monaco 500 convertibles were V8 only starting in 1967.

Not idea how many slant six convertibles were built, but probably was a few dozen per year.
 
It's a slant 6 and someone in the past added two cylinders. My opinion only......
 
The VIN is listed as PM27F indicating a 318.

I think we need to see a pic of the fender tag or VIN plate.
 
Pretty hacked up from engine to fuel cell, I'd be surprised if there isn't a good amount of bondo bodywork included.
At least in Europe such engine downgrades were popular during the gas crisis in the early 70s, sometimes even with European 4 cyl. engines of about 60-70 hp in such a Full Size car.
