Hello all!! So after removing my rear window, there is a LOT of holes in the corners of the channel and someone before me decided it would be awesome to just half *** bondo it. It had a vinyl top but the roof and front windshield channels are really decent. Plus the trunk is a total loss (just gonna use that to practice welding). Anyway, how should I go about repairing the rear channel? most body guys I've spoken with just blew me off as they don't want that aggravation. Another glass guy I spoke with said just grind it down and re-bondo it. My friends say just scrap the car but thats NOT happening. I know the experience here with you guys and that you have definitely had this issues before. I tried a search on here but nothing really came up that helped. SO, any expertise, suggestions would be great. Thanks!!!

Need to find a donor with clean metal. Take more than what you need.

Start drilling spot welds.
