Has anyone purchased a carpet from Ebay? I have seen a few for my 65 Monaco, but can't find a specific feed back to find out about how it fits. Also curious about windshields.

I understand that Legendary Interiors is the place to buy but if the seller is Legendary then you should be good to go!

I would not purchase from Ebay for this type of cosmetic improvement. It's a one time investment that has to be done right and reputable suppliers can mold the carpet to every contour of the floor pan. Mine was $175 and came with "mass" backing, fit exactly perfect and on request ( although I have a console ) they sent me one for a column shift giving me the opportunity to trim the area of the console myself. This they recommended due to variations in the mounting brackets for various consoles. They also included the side carpet pieces for the console and fasteners. You don't get the type of pile, thickness or correct color on Ebay carpets - I think you need to know the manufacturers name of the carpeting and hope it's not China.

The carpets that I have purchased in the past were all ACC brand. They didn't differentiate from console to column, knowing it would need to be trimmed anyway

I just got a carpet for the Admiral, (69 Fury Custom Suburban). Bought from Auto Obsession (parts@autoobsession.com), off of ebay. It is molded and looks exactly like the original. Has heavy jute backing. Very good quality. Made in South Carolina I think.
Cost with shipping was $141.00

I used to use ACC, right here in Bama, but their quality slipped a lot when the company reorganized back in the early 2000's. Quality went down, cost went up and I went somewhere else.

I bought the carpet for my 300 from these guys..http://www.trimparts.com/

I'm real happy with the quality, price and delivery. I noticed they have more excess material on the edges of the carpet than any of the ACC carpets I've bought in the past. I also bought some matching carpet floor mats that are really nice.

I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I also got my latest one from Trim Parts - installed nicely - no complaints. I have used them several times in the past too.

Trim parts is the name on the ebay site I got mine from. The PayPal receipt shows Auto Obsession.
I noted it was for a wagon and they included a couple extra pieces.

I bought an original carpet for my 78 NYB on EBay 2 years ago....still haven't put it in Waiting until I get the car painted. Paid $75 IIRC.

Thanks Stan.....for finding it on EBay.
