Both. I helped build this place and he had a supply line burst when no one was around that destroyed some of the kitchen I built. It only made sense for me to do the insurance repair work on it. Unfortunately it's for sale so this is also my last chance to be able to visit the place. As long as my buddy owned it I was welcome to come and go as I pleased.
