You mean that vinyl body side molding or the contours of the sheet metal?

IF the body side molding, check www.hamtramck-historical.com, in the Library and Trim Selector, which should have graphics of the factory body side moldings.

I’m referring to under the vinyl side molding/door protector there is that cut in the body and the arrow point is right in the line, but I’ve only seen it on some newports
 
As far as I remember, all of the sheet metal was the same for all of the fuselage (same model year) C-body Chrysler sedans or hardtops, just the type and position of the molding varied between trim levels.
 
that looks like an aftermarket rub strip / side molding, placement looks similar to chrysler royal
