I wish I was a fly on the wall when Hillary had her epic meltdown in her hotel room early Wednesday morning. Reports said it was quite tragic.
I'm sure there wasn't one piece of furniture left intact.

The Essence of Trump is Brilliant. Rich business Mogul Runs for president. Takes no prisonsers attitude, Cant be bought. He slaughtered Clinton in the Debates on NAFTA, TPP. She had no leg to Stand on. Says whatever he wants. Called Rosie a Pig. Told Jeb His Brother let 911 Happen. He offends everyone and i love it. Now There is Plenty about him i dont like at all and Is far from my first choice but i look at it as The People won. The Establishment is Dying, It's all going away. To get to Involved in This stuff is Not my Job. I like to sit back and watch all of this and Know i will never see anything like this again in my lifetime. George Carlin said "When your born into the world, Your givin a ticket to the freak show. And when your born in a America, You are Givin a First class seat"

Oh, agree with that for sure. Being a master politician may mean you have an astute knowledge of the game and the electorate but it doesn't always mean you make the smartest decision in office.

Interestingly I'm seeing more exit data of voters showing a majority of voters, Trump voters included, felt Clinton was more presidential and with a better temperament. Yet that didn't in the end mean enough to not send a F--K you to Washington given that Trump was an outsider with a simple catchy message. Also given that had Clinton made several strategic mistakes, there were several within her control, in the last two weeks she could have still eked out a win by the same slim majority in those states that Trump did. The balance for each was razor thin.

Speaking of being an outsider he no longer is. He is now going to be inside Washington the home of the penultimate insiders on K Street. People who were born Republican, bleed Republican red, and were never a Democrat turned Republican. They have their agenda and he has his. Most know what "their" agenda is. Can he hold out against these people? We will see. He knows that 52.5% of the country voted anti-Trump to his 47.5%. So it seems he has already walked back some of his talk. Yet some of the people mentioned for his cabinet happen to be Giuliani, Christie and Newt who are all your old typical insiders. Also thrown out for the Treasury is the name of the CEO of Chase Bank. I don't know about you guys but I would prefer no bank CEO to be head of the Treasury.

Yep, that is why both Zach and I wanted the other anti establishment candidate. But after Trump's first couple of days after the triumph, I am not sure I really know who he is. Now he is quiet, humble, showing good judgment and clearly an avid supporter of the common man, intently seems to want to do a good job for the people, and willing to listen to good input. And no other phony, owned Republican will dare to take him on. I am cautiously hopeful.

The electorate is waking up but the corporate establishment is unfortunately far from dead. They will do everything possible to sabotage Trump's 1st term and be back with a vengeance for the next election. It sounds like Sam Harris shares much of your analysis regarding the election.
 
Trumps demeanor changed noticeably a few weeks before Election Day, it was at that point that I think he knew he had it in the bag. Everything that happened before that I think was very carefully planned and scripted right down to some of the worst things that came out of his mouth. I think he knew exactly what he was doing the whole time.
