What did you do to your C-body today....

Got back from the 86th NEHOA meet in Gettysburg today. Ran through some monsoon type rain on Rt 81 around the NY-PA border. Usual good time. Got a little "top down" driving around Gettysburg too.

Where are the pictures?

Patience weedhopper. I need to get back home so I can download the pictures I have. I traveled the 350 miles, (with Connie), up to my brothers place to be here when it was delivered. There's a lot of room in his shop building to do the work needed, so I had it delivered there. Was originally suppost to be here on the 21st, delayed twice and got here yesterday. I spent all day going over her and elvaluating her. Got a plan now.
I'm headed home tomorrow and will try to post some pictures tomorrow evening.

If I had to guess I'd say that's what happens when a bodyman cleans out his attic/basement...

I believe that is there to clear the induction system on the Ray Barton hemi. If you knew the owner, it wouldn't take long to figure out why the tach is up where it's more visible.

The hood was done, along with a "correct" hood, when the car was redone at Dennis Kohr's shop. It is a genuine, one owner, hemi car that has seen/still sees some drag strip time, although not as much as it used to. The car was custom painted back when that's what you did... and it was repainted a few years ago.

Just a little work on the Convertible buttoned up the tranny hopefully no leaks, making the Rally wheel nice again. Any guesses where my attention was diverted.

Finished stereo install. Finished mocking up AC lines inside cabin and under hood. Removed a chrome trim piece to get re-chromed. That was a PITA! Screw head destroyed, so had to use a Dremel with a shaping bit to get screwhead off, then piece came off. Thankfuly the old screw came out easily once trim piece was removed. Finished convertible boot hold down strip. That was fairly easy.

Went and filled up with gas and stopped at the DQ. New gas gauge only goes to 3/4 full.
Finished installing my fender trim.
Chrome taped my door panels. Need to install them next. Been driving without.
Just discovered I am missing a arm rest retainer. It’s not in my door. I will have to see if I can find one at Mopars in the Park on Friday and install the panel at the show.
