What is the order for reinstalling the engine?

Now the motor is back in, and the fun begins.

Thanks for all the help folks!

Harbor freight has a decent engine lift adjuster

As said, go with the engine and trans assembled. It's easier to roll the car into it. I actually used to put a come along to the lift and roll them together. One man CBarge knows my work. I don't know part numbers and specs but I know how to put them together right

I strongly urge you get your paint work in the engine compartment done first.

Don't mind me. I post jumped. Been doing old mopars for 55 years. In my day, a quick swap was one day.

It went in one piece. Engine bay was painted and detailed. Didn’t both with the frame. Was pretty good as it was anyway.

Used a three ton crane and raised the front end. Took 3.5 hours to get the motor together, the car in the air and the motor bolted down. Wasn’t that hard to roll the engine into the body. Hardest part was reassembling the frame cross member!

Imagine if you had been doing that on your back under the car! Glad you got it sorted.
