That's a privacy regulation in some countries over there. Plate numbers can't be shown.

Ok full disclosure: this one is mine. I didn’t do this to it though. It’s a ‘48 Plymouth Deluxe. Was a 4 door, now 2.
360 4 speed, tubbed and narrowed.
