I call it "Myhoe". 03 Tahoe z71. This is what I consider my "grownup" vehicle. It's the 1st one I've owned (out of 30-40 prior) that I haven't "improved" with after market or custom parts. I bought the 2015 GMC Sierra wheels/tires for 800 bucks and they had 8 miles on em. I can't have it looking like every other hoe on the road!

My sixth Toyota, just picked it up yesterday. After a long search for Magnum RT or an affordable Charger, I gave up. 10 year old Chrysler products with 100k+ miles for $12k-18k didn't make much sense, especially since the Dodge Grand Caravan went through 2 transmissions. They did give me $1500 in trade for the van, that made me happy.

My '93 C1500 Cheyenne, 305, 4L60E, 10 bolt with 3.08's.........Best $1900 I ever spent, most reliable vehicle anyone in my family has had in the last 30 years. It's a 23 year old pickup and it's ready to go with just a turn of the key, rides good, hauls great, lots of power, comfortable interior, no complaints from me.

And YES STAN, it's as Spartan as your truck, but optioned better!

It impressed me hauling the now, much more complete convertible on the highway with my newly completed trailer, uphill at 55 MPH the truck was pulling the trailer like it was nothing in 3rd gear. I even still had some muscle to pass with.........I don't baby it......but I do love it. I could never not own a truck now, it's just too handy.
