Which Mancini electronic ignition kit to choose?

I ordered the Mancini HiPo distributor kit and we installed it today. Only issue with the install was the harness plug did not want to fit onto the ECU. I had to trim a little bit of the plastic away from the inside and even then it needed some gentle coaxing with a piece of wood and mallet to get it to seat.

Engine fired right up no problems and seemed to idle smoother than with the old distributor. Set the base timing to 7.5* per the FSM. Unfortunately it was too wet and muddy to bring it out onto the road for a test drive yet. But when we do, if no pinging, will probably try bumping it a few more degrees as suggested.

Chrysler came out with their electronic ignition in 1972 on some models. In '73 it was standard on all lines. Save yourself some money and aggravation. Get a standard Mopar electronic ignition setup. Tried and true. Never mind the b.s.
Seen too many guys go with pertronix etc. And have nothing but trouble.
Hello, what conversion kit did you use?

How is it running?

Edelbrock 1406. I don’t recall where the electric choke gets wired to, but I’m sure that there are instructions in the box. You will also need to buy a Mopar linkage adapter from Edelbrock.
