Cash only no trades.

Set of 4 polycast 15 x6.5? inch wheels with 5x4.5 bolt pattern and centercaps shown.

I am not sure what vehicle they came from. From the 70's when aluminum wheels where too expensive, so they bonded rubber to steel wheels for looks. Factory chrylser mopar wheels.

Decent price for vintage wheels.

Are those wheels that dull looking or do they need massive amount of polishing? Trim rings?

are those the "recall wheel"? I always thought they looked good when clean.

They are some kind of rubbery plastic so I doubt polishing will help.
I was thinking good old Argent spray paint would be perfect to make them look good as new.

Found it. 1979 Cordoba. code W28
Similar to 78 Salon.

Sorry........ I'd prefer steel wheels and correct wheel covers over these wheels.

The "recall" cast wheels were introduced for the 1969 B & C body's, but were recalled in Sept of 1968. Not many left out there.
It's the reason 69 C bodys were not seen with road wheels.

I Think I have a set of those Stashed away in My Garage. If someone wants them I can probably Dig them out and rake some pics.

I only found 3 of them and Apologies for the Dark pic. My Dad thought these were Ford Wheels, I remember him having them on His Dodge Van.

He taught me at a Wee age that Ford and Chrysler Shared the Same Bolt Pattern. A Great lesson to learn at age 5.

Probly half to dip them.

Lesson #2:
Ford wheels fit onto Mopars.
Mopar wheels do not fit onto Fords.

Probly half to dip them
Cute....

These are Mopar urethane wheels, first came out in 75 on the Cordoba/ Charger...then they were thrown around the B body line up until 78.

The ones depicted are missing the trim ring...they were not offered on C bodies from the factory, but would fit anything with 5 x 4.5 bolt circle and look good.

Similar...eh, kinda-sorta, but NOT the same wheel!!! This wheel, which is on my old '78 NYB Salon, is a black-painted Road Wheel with the aluminum turbine applique, chrome center cap, and the one-year-only reflective trim ring. The same wheel with a NON-reflective trim ring was available on '75 - '79 Mopars. The center portion on the original wheel in question is NOT removable, and is a rubbery plastic, as described previously.
