300 M.jpg

I just read an interesting article about 426 and in the article they mentioned that they were thinking about putting the 426 in the ’66 300 and calling it the 300M. They were going to produce it in very limited numbers but decided it would have too high of a price tag. They said there was one prototype made but I have done a google search and found nothing.

Just the same I would love to have a ’66 300M with a 426. I found this original emblem on ebay they only want $695

Numerous rumors about this over the years. There was alledgedly ONE factory 426 produced/ It was never sold and was scrapped. A few years later someone in California claimed to have it. I've never seen it or a picture of it. I don't know if it really exists. There's another rumor that some Chrysler dealer installed one.....I haven't seen that one either or a picture of it.

I remember the articles from years past, I NEED to see the car and when it shows up it will rock the C body world

Could possibly be the most valuable C-Body in the world if it exists.

No, he is known for having many needed parts and raping you before he releases them.

I'm impressed. I just thought everyone on e-bay was out to rape you but this guy is a step above that.

I have bought from him, all parts were as described. Dont try to get your money back and be prepared to pay high .....

He holding Stan's steering wheel hostage for $900 and Friday he said the price is going up!

Because he knows someone, somewhere at some point will pay it. Even if he holds it for twenty years it is money in the bank.

What I think he did to come up with a $900 price tag was he seen the price to restore a steering wheel to original condition (average $900) and he has a NOS steering wheel = $900.

My steering wheel looks factory original (even though Chrysler never made a blue leather T&T steering wheel). I got the steering wheel for $50 and the lathe work cost me $35.

That, my friend, has got to be the most unbelievable find I have ever seen. I'm still reeling over that one.

I was very, very lucky (thanks again Mr C), I could of bought the whole Charger for less than $800. I don't have the space and the HOA would've gone into Blitzkrieg Mode if I parted a car in front of the house.
