Vietnam POW John McCain

Vietnam POW and war hero John McCain lost his battle with cancer at 81.

I met him when I was a young Soldier at Ft. Bliss, Texas in the mid 1970's. I read his book and other Pow's to try to understand what they went through in Hanoi. Powerful experiences.....

I will miss him and everything he has done for Warfighters during the last 50 years.

FYI, John McCain's mother is still alive at 106. Wow!

I have to disagree with you on this one. No matter what party he belonged to, he had the courage to vote on bills the way he felt. Like it or not, that was his true job, that is what we elect our officials to do. NOT RUBBER STAMP EVERYTHING A PARTICULAR POLITICAL PARTY WANTS.

When he ran for potus the media hated him and called him every vile name in the book. Once the election was over they loved him again.
He voted like a dem. Thats not what he was elected for. Iow he voted against what he ran on. He did not serve his constituents. He served the leftist agenda.
