DO go, no trying! I'm going to call and find out about the Monaco, because I need a reason to be homeless during winter.

I had to call, here's some details on the '66 Monaco.

Four door, 383, 2bbl, 727, silvery-green as described. Seller has gone through the brakes, resurfaced drums all around, new wheel cylinders, shoes and hardware all around, new front hoses, stainless lines to the rear, one new parking brake cable, all backing plates removed and blasted, painted, new wheel bearings. Engine turns over, waiting on points and condenser to get running. Removed back seat and went through trunk to remove lock cylinder to open trunk. New lock installed. New ignition cylinder installed. It is an A/C car originally, not sure of current state.

I didn't get any info on the interior or body, the seller started talking about his '68 Charger R/T pro street car, and as I wasn't a player for a four door, I knew the call was coming to an end. But he did say he didn't want to do anything to the body, just blast the underside and paint the bare metal to keep it from rusting.
