Nothin' like Old Red's sound...Big Red is too loud with her dual glass paks, so she's gettin' a new quieter sound this year...

Record a ``swan song`` for Big Red before going to the muffler shop, please.

Have to double check...its the 3rd Eldy in 6 months...3 Imperials...have the old carbs in the trunk.

What LeBaron was that?... most all were 440's

A 79 Chrysler (M-body). All Imperials from 55 to 75 had always the biggest engine under the hood with no exceptions: either a 331, 354, 392, 413 or 440.

Basically it´s an Aspen, so you´re not poking.
This is a LeBaron:

Paul,
Those guys know she's going to body shop after mechanical. I haven't decided to go full body restoration or repair rust and leave original. She's got a bunch of battle scars that I like. Minus the vinyl top...that i really want done.

Do what you want, but a full restoration would stand time better than the patina look.

Yeah I understand it's in need of attention...it just puzzled me they would neglect to cover it. I'm guilty of being careless with my own stuff, but try my best to be super careful with someone else's property. Hopefully it was an honest overlook.
Nevertheless, thanks for posting pictures, really enjoy seeing it come around.
