Given the range of the car and the distance between charging stations the car can not be driven. The customer is on the hook for shipping it back to Alberta. Kia customer service just hangs up on them. Quite the experience Kia is showing its customers who choose this bullshit technology that can’t be driven to a Dealer for service. Guess they shoulda bought a Hemi....

As long as nothing is damaged and the directions are followed, it's not so bad. The first responders at a crash scene are in the most jeopardy, followed by the poor sucker towing the carcass away. By the time the body shop looks at it, anything real bad has probably happened (if its going to), but their job has some real hazards as well.

In a perfect world, the battery pack can isolated without needing special gloves. Crap gone wrong, and a $200+/- pair of gloves better be in good condition before you start working.

Wait until they get old, ever have a wire connector fail or insulation get damaged? There's more fun on the horizon as these cars age.

Halfway through the 1/4 mile, they call you to tell you you're violating the warranty.

While up in the Wisconsin Dells over the 4th of July weekend, I spotted this 2019 Redeye Hellcat, with the new wide body appearance package in the parking lot while going out for dinner at Buffalo Phil's. I was surprised to see it though, cause I thought the Redeye wasn't going to be available until September.
Rated at 787 HP from the factory, this car is soooo bad ***.
