Caught my creepy neighbor snooping again

I put a trail cam on my back deck because my neighbor walks around at night a lot. Looks like he spotted the camera & came up to it. He’s weird. Only comes out at night. I went over to take him some miss delivered mail once. He came to the door wearing a long black robe with a hood. Couldn’t see his face. I looked in the house just long enough to see a bowl of something glowing green on a table in his dark house. I think he was eating it because I could see a spoon next to it. Anyway the things I have to put up with here in Youngsville
