Nice to see a C body in the spotlight.

Apparently a "one of one" ordered by a crazy Canuck.

This car reminds me most of the cars I saw around when I was growing up and very typical of "Canadian tastes" of the time. Very conservative (cheap) and utilitarian (spartan) in most respects (no vinyl tops etc). Only difference was that, for most, the 318 poly or 383 was enough.

Reminds me of my 68 Fury I 4 dr sedan, I had as a teenager.

Oh yes, very very nice. I remember seeing this car online before, and pretty sure it was on the web link posted here too. Not at all "knocking" it, but the car would be better if it came with power windows and A/C.

I'll bet the sales manager made that buyer put down at least 50% deposit before placing that order.

I contacted the owner a few years ago. I wish I spoke better French.... A very nice gentleman, he had some great stories about the car. It was available for the right price.

He doesnt
Galen has little interest in.C bodies.
He made his money by using data records that were accessable to him.
We all know here that majority of C body records were lost in a fire years ago.
I met G.G. personally and he was more interested in soliciting and scamming money from people who were hoping to get their A/B/E cars decoded and verified. He was at a couple shows I was attending and he dropped business cards on dashes and had a "workshop" pretty much selling his services.

I am fully aware of Galen and his lack of C body interest and knowledge . I sat in on one of his Carlisle seminars years ago, just for fun. I don't need to bash him any more than I have for the last 30 years
FYI there was no fire ...

What rear end would be in that? I don't think it is a 8 3/4, but what do i know. Didn't some of these come with a Dana 44 or Dana 35. Some oddball rear end like that?

Dana 53 which was a 9-1/4 not to be confused with the 72+ 9-1/4

Unfortunately you mean VERY little or NO interest in C-bodies. (Unless they are rare ones like a SFGT) As Dave said I ain't bashing the guy cause I never met him but I like that he likes rare and unusual cars. Hell, he picked my stepdads S/23 as a Top 10 Pick trophy car at the Mopar Atlantic Nat's at Englishtown in 1997. I just think he should care a bit more about the C-bodies

Antics, forced drama, made-for-reality-TV, aside.
What do the best & brightest here feel about Marc Worman?
