What did you do to your C-body today....

I'm cleaning out the garage, moving all parts over to a storage unit. Finding and trying to organize all the **** I've collected over the years.

I should do these today.
Maybe I will at least read the FSM and see how far I have to take things apart.
Mine are the original, not toast, but more wind noise than I like. But maybe all vent windows sing a little.

58, 59 ? have to check the block numbers to be sure of year and CID Came out of this one. Trans didn't separate from the bell. Has a PTO and 2 speed rear. Will have to get another dist cap to try and fire it up, truck has 60500 miles on it. Doors are junk down low, if anyone is looking for parts from it pm me, its going to scrap soon.

That's what I've been doing, it's Friggin painful.
I got one wall cleared out for the most part, my smaller loose parts (some day I'll learn that's the worst way to store anything), starters, alternators, steering gears, and half a dozen sets of heads. It was pure Bliss picking up the 440source Stealth heads after those iron beasts. Engines and intake manifolds are up next.

I was going to work on the Imperial...but...other shiny objects got in my way.

Cleaned up the workbenches. Put all my hand tools away in their right places. Swept the shop. Cleaned the ZTR mower deck. Drained about a gallon of three-year-old fuel from the Hudson. Fixed an outlet that shorted.

A Hudson? Do tell, please.

Did you ever find a spare wheel that I could use on my wagon?

According to Quality Engineering Components its a 56 315. Looks to have car type ears for mounts. If the stars align the desoto may have its new heart. Trans still won't pop out, this is the most movement it will do. Next, I'm going to pop the bell off, maybe why it got parked.
