Here's a couple of the drain tubes. I admit they are loose but still under the body. There are grommets stuck in the sheet metal.
I can take a couple more when I get everything reassembled.

I will make a sketch of this piece with dimensions on it....

Looking at the drain tube, it appears to go into the small body plugs that are into the rear frame rails which common sense tells me that this would cause water to drain into the rails instead of onto the ground...
Not a good route in my humble opinion

For clarity sake, here are the 2 body plugs that I have.
I hope that it drains into the larger plug on the right as seen here.
I have since added the proper vent tubing so the wiring has been rerouted correctly as well in case anyone is wondering.

As I wait for spring to actually get here I found another project I need to fix before I can get the pump looked at.
This is f**kery of the finest order.
I decided to find out why my quarter windows work so poorly. While the passenger side required some cleaning and new grease, the drivers side....well pictures may be helpful.

The regulator arm assembly looks like someone bent it in with their foot. Everything is bound up!

Absolutely bent to hell.

I'm wondering if I can pull it back without breaking the glass...or taking out the entire frame work?

This is the result of forcing the window up & down...
Mine were like this as well.

The arms may not be as bent as you think they are as they do need some form to operate correctly...
The regulators need to be serviced before they strip the gears out.

Make sure you check the nylon rollers and that they spin freely as well as not being egg shaped which happens over time.
The cast aluminum housing tends to distort as well so you need to gingerly bend the housing open a small amount as well as filing may be in order.

The spring that holds them together can be a bugger to work with.

It depends on the rollers you are referring to.
The big ones or the little ones.
The bigger ones had factory rivets and I ground them down so I could remove the rivet but before removing the rivet, I drilled a 3/16" hole dead center so I could use a washer & pop rivet to secure the original factory rivet back onto the bracket.
I can't find any pictures sorry.

Rebuilding quarter window rollers

The only difference i can see is that he never mad mention of what i discovered for the rollers being out of round.
The smaller rollers will likely be egg shaped in the center hole where the spring clip that puts tension onto the rollers.
Not a problem when the guide is not installed onto the rail but once tension is added the rollers will not roll.

I made a replacement set made from T6000 series aluminum based off the measurements taken from the best roller I had of the 8
I did tweak the tension spring as well since I took note that when under pressure, the spring doesn't sit at a correct 90' but wants to twist the rollers off center.

I also reworked the channel rail that the small rollers ride on when in operation.

Yes they can for sure but it's a bit more difficult getting in and out of the car is all.

The top worked very well today when I retracted it. My observer said the lines were full of fluid. I'll top off the pump and call it good. My best guess is it's the relay (which also powers the drivers seat) and the idle speed. I ran the idle up to 1,000 rpm and tapped the switch.
It was a struggle but I got the window and regulator out. Started bending the arms back and will have to figure out how to fix some of the rollers.
