So I'm going to order new springs and was going to do that through general spring unless there is a better place. Also is a "stock" spring good, or are there tweaks you wish you had ordered?

Only my one-time personal experience.
ESPO for the springs, insulators, and bushings.
Stock height, heavy-duty (1 extra leaf on each side).
Service..... 5 stars
Quality...... 5 stars
Overall satisfaction... 5 stars.

If your wagon is going to see normal duty, stock HD is perfect.
Your needs may vary.

I'll be doing towing for sure. Wife, 3 kids and lots of toting stuff about. I'm building the wagon to be used rather than a show car. Admittedly we've got other vehicles for serious towing but everything has a trailer hitched to it at some point.

The tow-masters in this forum will chime in shortly with their experiences and expert advice.
I'm going to guess 1"over Heavy Duty and use Imperial shocks.

bluefury361 just went through putting rear springs on his wagon. He posted alot of info. He also tows with it. Check out his posts.

If I can make a suggestion. Install a class "C" Reese hitch with torsion bars to keep your head lites pointed where they're supposed to be. On coming traffic will thank you as will any and all large carz you happen to be following closer then 200 yardz, Jer

By torsion bars, like load levelers? That's a good idea as long as they clear the road. A reese hitch is a surety. I'd hate to tweak the bumper.

RCB. With the Reese class "C" hitch and torsion bar set up their are "0" clearance problems and you'll be the envy of every one else that's dragging ah wagon. I would suggest you acquire a good bottle jack or sissor jack that will open to 12"-15's for leveling after you're hooked up tho', Jer
