For Sale Amazing 1980 Dodge Aspen

I had an Aspen. By design, F bodies were already rusting when they left the factory.

This car lasted quite well in Michigan salt. Washing a car regularly helps.
 
Well actually before we get into the weeds on the whole love/hate F-body debate, I was realy just talking about the ad's blah-blah history regarding the Bumfuch, NJ sheriff owning the car, then handing it down to the meter-reader, etc.

I'm sure that story will sound even more exciting at Barrett-Jackson when the gavel pounds for a cool $1500.
 
If a great car like a '69 Polara or '70 Fury squad perhaps then 25k but a Volare/Aspen ex squad would be about 5k with things done to it as written. He has overspent on this car and expects someone else to bail him out.

I think more like Padding his retirement.
 
I own a 1979 E58 A38 Volare, ex-Suffolk Cty NY Sheriff car ... its a nice rig, but naw, it aint $25K nice. I couldnt ask for that with a straight face .. but that's just me.

We're hard-pressed to find any $25K F -Body (unless a Super Coupe that's been in climate controlled bubble) :)

btw, the car Carmine posted is an E45 car. 318 cop mill I think. Hope it does well for him/her in any event. :)

I like your Volare. I remember the Nova squads and with the 350 were prefered by several P.D.'s A couple of years ago there was a Nova buildt as a squad but sold to a private person in Minnesota. If I remember correctly he was asking 9k with super low never driven in winter miles and it sold in a couple of days.

the 1979 F E58 squads were faster/quicker that the E86 B's from 1978. not top speed though, yet folks that drove 'em side by side said E58 F's had 440HP B's beat top end too.

i dunno .. never did a runoff with mine :)
