thank you!

I only run straight trucks, so it's really not too bad. Just keep up on your med cert for the most part.
Keep positive thoughts. Keep your number clean. If your number gets dirty by a driver, close the company reopen it under another name and relative that won't bend you over. Once they get your number on their radar it's a downward spiral you will never pull out of.
The new CSA points system is making sure of that. No matter what the Federal website says, that system is in place to identify trouble companies and put them out of business, period.
Don't even get me started on how the points come off, of course nobody really knows how, thus the reason it is put in place, is to run you out of transportation business. Once you get the stink on you it never comes off.

Agenda 21 at work?

CDL drivers also have a federal file containing any violations that now follow the driver, regardless of what company they drive for.

What kind of trucks are you getting Mario? Got any pics?

I know, I know, Jap. Only cuz I couldnt afford the xtra 30g's each for a Pete...esp when I purchased 2 cab and chassis, 2 custom reefer bodies and 2 Carrier Supra 860's all at once.

Pic of the Hino 268...it's getting the reefer put in as we speak and I will be taking delivery next week. The Hino 195 body should be done by this week and the reefer installed next week.

WOW...nice job Mario! Congratulations!. Now, did you replace? Or are these in addition to your existing fleet?
If you need a couple of whining truck drivers, I can point them in your direction. :poke::rofl::rofl:

LOL no thanks Kenny, I have enough of those!!!

I am replacing a 2010 Mitsubishi cabover (same GVWR).

I am replacing the one in the middle. She was good truck, but all the DPF bullshit was it's eventual down fall. I had enough of throwing $$$ down that pit.

I have 2 more little ones and we are replacing one of those (the left one-1999 Mitsu) with the new Hino 195. She lived in CT and Chicago all her life. Rust doesnt sleep...
