Everyone that comes up for sale seems to be green ! frustrating for me when looking to buy one and dont want a green car

I Like the green more than the brown on this one and it has power vents!
The only comment I have on the price is that it’s probably worth it.

1968 Chrysler Imperial LeBaron 4-Dr Sedan, V-8, Automatic, GreenGold, Brown Fine Cloth Interior, VGC, From a Private Collection, Pics coming

I have seen this brown interior w/light cream fabric before, but not with a green color - not a "standard" combination by any means, it LOOKS like a nice car though, whether or not that price is reasonable would depends on how it looks close-up.

Unusual color combo, but I think it goes well together. Looks clean in the few pictures provided.

Green was a very popular color until the mid '70s. Imperials had several greens to chose from in 1968: Frost green, Forest Green and Meadow green. I myself think the Sovereign Gold even has some green in it. Warm colors were big, appliances came in Avocado, Coppertone and Harvest Gold. I grew up with an Avocado kitchen, and several homes in my neighborhood were painted Avocado and some were Gold. Black, grey, white are the big "colors" of today. When I was young black was usually reserved for limos and funeral cars.

I can't wait to get my '67 painted in its original Haze Green! I got a pint sample from my body guy a couple weeks ago. Looks great.

It's on his list, hopefully he'll have some good news for me tomorrow...

Is it me or are these people on crack? I’m too the point where I’ll all a car cheaper to a guy that loves the car than some a hole trying to make a buck , and if I hear barn find one more time I’m going to barf! Sorry for the tone of the post I just talked to my ex wife!

maybe the high price is due to it coming from a "private collection." What is that supposed to actually mean, anyway?

I still like Matt's '67 2 1/2 pickle green better. :)
It is a beautiful metallic dark green.

If I didn't mind green I think I'd buy this one for $6k, original ad dude put up some more pics to update the ad, still not much better to judge it by and no mileage given etc ! Can't see anyone buying at that price, connvertibles and coupes available cheaper from dealers which I guess would be more popular?

I'm still searching hard to find mine, belgian one I found never came to anything guy would not respond to email request for info and pics. Got somebody to call them as he only spoke French, he just said come see it :realcrazy:

This one was also kicking about for ages at $11k, dealer car, I know its a 67 but they are so similar, spec and resale price.
