allpar dot com---- is a chrysler history page------i have read articles there previously on the plymouths and desotos being shipped into europe after ww2 without engines or trannies-----other companies fitted more economical diesel motors and they were used as taxis---i just went to the page to look again---all i found was under plymouth 1946-1959 sidebar diesel cars--fitted by perkins diesel of england--hunter NV of antwerp--societe anonyme of chrysler and a sidenote to swedish plymouth about the swedish plymouth valiant that was considered the toughest police car in europe and they were run until the valiant line ended in 1975?
