    So today I started changing out the defective booster. Had enough time to pull the master cylinder, and here's what I found. Based on the FSM illustrations, the filter housing was installed upside down on the booster. Who ever installed the master cylinder simply shoved the retaining screw...

    Brake lines...is there a difference?

    1966 Dodge Polara Power drum brakes. Inline tube shows a rear line (from block to hose) for standard but no power (out of stock) drums. The photo on the listing looks pretty much like the one on my car. Is there really a difference? Even Mopar wouldn't do that! Or would they? I want to order...

    I Believe I have a booster/check valve issue.

    Once again, our '66 Polara convertible seems to have an issue. The brake pedal is very hard. And I can step on it until I feel I could bend it but I can't lock the brakes up. Pumping doesn't help, so I don't believe there's air in the lines. Everything seems adjusted correctly. Is there a way...
