1955 Dodge Suburban Wagon 2 door. 270 V-8 automatic,(lever shift on dash). All 100% stock . Vandals broke windshield, (glass available). Car has been parked for several years.Reduced from $5995.00 to $4995.00 No further reduction in price. NO TRADES, No tire kickers. Clean Washington State title. Rust in front floor boards ONLY, rest of car is totally rust free as far as I can tell (except for spots at bottom of front fenders). Last four pictures is what it would look like with new paint. I prefer the push button trans shift and 12 volt electrics of the 56 though.
 
Instead of wasting years getting 2 Engineering degrees and end up driving a truck, I should have just

The 6v should be fairly easy to rectify. I had a 56 2dr hardtop with a Flathead and Powerflite. Was the 55 trans cable operated from the dash lever or did it have a rod linkage? Just thinking maybe one could sneak a later model 727 (518 OD?) in there without being too obvious about it. Maybe a 4.25" stroke poly?....:3gears:
