My 66 Monaco, newly swapped 383, paints rough, interior is too.
Dropped the 383 today. Its waiting to be completed on the stand.

As long as that's transmission fluid and not blood, you're doing fine.Update. Front suspension is done done done. No idea if I'll touch the rear sus anytime soon, probably not. As I wait for my 383 to be clearenced and bored and honed etc I'm building the 727 to handle 496ci power. Just dropped the trans 20 minutes ago, not clean but also my first.

That's the driver side. The issue has been resolved. It's the drivers side that has left handed threads on the studs, and that's what caused the problem, my ignoranceView attachment 371529
Is this on the drivers or passengers side...…….?
(I guess you know the passengers side does have left-thread studs…????!).
