Here's the latest project 1969 VIP 318 2 barrel 19,000 original mile car. Coming in for a polish, carpet, headliner, dash pad, disc brakes, a/c work, belts, hoses, ect...
It's being built for a customer who has a list of options that needed to be in the car so it's comfortable for him to drive. He tried the car as a bench seat car and where he needed the seat to be for him to be comfortable it was uncomfortable for the passenger. Arm rests were a must and it had to have a center console for easy access to his pistol. It's being built for his everyday driver. You just don't see many VIP's. Nicely equipped too. I think I would have left it alone, the mods won't do much for it.

Well that's the end of that debate, lol!
Welcome to Texas everyone is packing heat
Thanks, it's not like we are doing this to a 71 gt, it's a 4 door so why not change it up a bit. We also have a 440 that is fixing to be dropped off at the machine shop to put in her. The 318 2barrel just isn't going to cut itNice solid car and I like what you're doing to it, why not???
Thanks a paint job is in the future but it's good enough to enjoy for now
Beautiful job!
I believe it's rarer than his 71 SFGT.
