Gad-freakin-zooks! That's pretty damn bad, even the lead seam. I notice the vinyl doesn't appear to have any grain, even when zoomed in. I wonder if that top was replaced during the "restoration" it mentions. Perhaps somebody accelerated a then-minor rust issue with some bondo and/or fiberglass.
I thought my roof was terrible....
Had to cut sections and replace them on mine.
