We seen this before. Probably in the last 6 months or so. Remember we discussed the paint being the wrong color. Chrysler/Imperial didn't have Canary Yellow in 1973. I said it might of been Y2 Sun Fire Yellow but it didn't match that color either.

The correct color Y2 Sun Fire Yellow is on Ross' Imp.

Ross, could you post a pic of your yellow Imp.

I also remember something about this car was a Canadian car......maybe painted another factory color. That wasn't true either.

Thanks guys. It is beautiful that's for sure. I don't love the color though.

Am I allowed to paint it Mist Green or is that a Mopar violation too?

It's already been painted once so it's not technically original.

If you ever thought of selling it.......changing colors would not do it any good for $$$.

Wouldn't do it, if you want to do it right you'll have to completely disassemble it for a proper paint job, like trunk, engine compartment etc. Green ones are plentiful.

He won't paint it green......he's messing with us. LOL! If anything.......he paints them black.

that is strange.......too light to be honey gold and too dark to be sunfire yellow.......perhaps it was repainted the incorrect color

and I agree..........gorgeous car Ross, perhaps sometime soon i'll have something I can be proud of as well
