Just learned of this cars existence, on wheeler dealers. I was intrigued to say the least. Apparently production was very low. I personally like the convertible model.

If you really want a foreign car get a Miata and jam a 408 or new hemi motor in it less invested more fun hows the fury.

Anyone can throw a motor in a body, but the Jensen was part of history. Not saying I'm going to run out and buy one. But I can certainly appreciate the collect-ability and historical collaboration with mopar. Just thought it was interesting, I understand its not for everyone.

My Fury is going well thanks. Ended up replacing all the rear brakes and now currently running new lines from the master cylinder. Radiator has to be re-cored/dipped because it was leaking and filled with sludge.

I've also been warned that sludge could be built up in the cooling passages of the block. What is the best course of action? Pulling the motor and removing the freeze plugs? Or can it be flushed while mounted? Any input is appreciated.

Pull the block drain plugs, poke through the build up inside flush away when you put it back together. Go to lowes/home depot and get those mesh sock/lint traps (cheap) for you clothes washer drain, put it over thermostat neck up into hose toward radiator, clamp hose right over it should seal no problem drive car any big chunks and or rust will get caught in it and not plug tubes in radiator, check every now and again till you get no debris.

I get the history thing, there is also an Italian car that uses a 383 can,t remember name but Jay Leno has one.

A friend had one.
Bought it because it was 440 powered and he was a mopar guy.
The only good thing about it was the 440.

Don't forget the 727 trans. A few had 4 speeds. Remember the Gum Ball Rally, the XKE (E type for the purists). Broke down. The 2 old guys under the front of the car commenting "most elegant design". lol

Yeah those Italians can design some stuff!! That car is drop dead gorgeous!

Chrysler and Ghia were definitely at the top of the class when it came to concept cars top notch engineering combined with works of art bodies.
