They also don't have any available, I called today. There is a rough set of 4 on ebay and a single with the center emblem gone.
(All medallions match, just don't match yours.)

Pepboys didn't put it on right when I got a new set of tires. I almost lost the other rear too. I think they tried to put them on AFTER the fender skirts.

you should have seen how many of those F truck covers came in with one or more of the plastic fake lugs twisted off... it always amazed me when they couldn't figure it out on the first one. any kind of wheel cover except the ones held on by plastic lug covers are a lost skill for so much of the industry.
