Well Race Fans....

The 2017 ProMod Racing season is starting up soon. There's a test and tune next month and I'll post the details when I find them.

Anyways, the first race for the North East Outlaw ProMod Association is in May.

I can't wait for the first official NEOPMA race next month.

My friend Fredy Scriba just finished rebuilding the car. Changed engine and engine builders. He is now running a 903 cu in Pat Musi engine. It is injected and running nitrous. I don't know if he's running the Viper System (5 stages) or something else that Musi recommends. Still running the Liberty txsm with a 4 disc clutch. Zoomie headers were fabricated.

Jeeeez....he has $150k just in the engine so far!!!

The complete front end was rebuilt and a new coat of paint. It will be a single color.

We are expecting ET's in the 5.70's.....and 250+ mph.

Exciting stuff right there.....

My friend Fredy Scriba has redone his ProMod. Pat Musi power 903 cubes, 5 stages nitrous, 4 disc clutch, Liberty txsm, Zoomie Headers, pretty much a whole new chasis and new paint. He won't say but I bet it's probably get close to a half mil.

What an excellent day of racing in southern Maryland.

My friend Fredy did OK but not up to potential or expectations. It is pretty much a new race car and he had to relearn a lot of new procedures to do the burnout, stage, and race.

His best run was Round 1 and he did a 6.07 @239 mph and lost. He'll work out the bugs and get in the 5.70's.

That is Pat Musi standing at the door to the trailer. He was the tuner today. Fredy is running Pat Musi power. Actually he was tuning 4 cars today. Hell of a nice guy.

Some track records were set....

Tommy Gray ran 5.78 and then a 5.72.....blistering runs.

There was a match race between the Nitrous queen Lizzy Musi and the Blower queen Melani Salemi. They both run 1/8 mile races in PDRA and something else.

Lizzy Musi smoked Melanie Salemi Ran a 3.70 @203 mph I believe. The shocker was the .937 60 foot time. Yes!!! .937 60 foot time. Why not...Dad's engine....his car really.
