275/50/15s on 65 Fury

I had to get new tires for the rear of my car.

I thought guys with the same car might be interested in how this size fits. I had to scissor jack the axle away from the frame to get them in, but once in there is plenty of room.

They are Nitto 555s, and while Jap tires diverged from my day 2 plan, I have had these tires on 3 other cars, they hook and wear well.

How tall are these?
I have a set of 275-60R15 tires on 15x8 aluminum rims on my 65 Fury. They Just fit but I can't put the skirts on now.
