'66 Chrysler...what are those extra pipes on the firewall?

I meant to ask this earlier but forgot. AC car...2 heater core pipes near the center of the firewall, 2 AC lines right of that. What's the line in the bottom passenger corner that splits into 2? My '68 non-ac Plymouth doesn't have that. Thanks again.

It's the heater control valve. It's plumbed in line with the core.
