69 Chrysler 300 with a stroker 505 in the works. First photo is what came out of the car, small saddle strap and bolts. (Drive shaft will be restored as well.)
My conversion to a Sure Grip 3.23 will include this yoke with U-bolts from Dr. Diff. Super duty FORGED STEEL 7290 U-bolt yoke

Will these u-bolts be adequate for a stroker 505 or is there something beefier I should be using?

Thx

If you're going to have a driveshaft made I would make it same diameter front to back and I would convert everything to 1350 I joints. Not necessarily are the 1350s any stronger they are just more popular and used in many, many drag cars which makes the availability of U.S.A made u joint much more likely. U bolt yokes are good especially with a automatic. Really there is nothing wrong with the straps, but the bolts are very spindly. The yoke with straps for some reason usually only has little tabs to hold the caps in alignment
