So i bought this 69 Suburban earlier this year from John a member with a very nice collection of cars. He got it from Trev who saved it from Wildcat Mopar yard plates are from 82 so far I've rebuilt the brakes front and back. Got it running but still needs a booster and a full tune up unfortunately it sounds like it has a rod knock so gotta pull the motor and have a look.

Here's a couple pics of a another 69 Police wagon in a yard that had some of them missing trim that is missing on mine. The yard wagon still has it's motor and trans i found the broadcast sheet it had the oil pressure gauge option. But long gone i plan on going back and getting more off of it.

Take the whole car, you need more wagons
I wanna ask but his prices are so hi ask Wyatt about them i bet he'd say 2k for it. He wanted 500 buck's for A body disc brakes that were sunk in the mud. But yes i would like more so far i have 69 and 70 my pops has the yellow 71.

I've seen this wagon in person and it's very neat. Been waiting for a thread about it, will be nice to watch as you make improvements. Still think it would look nice painted up like this picture found on the web :D :poke:

Very nice pic and yes that was a very fun day got home at 5 a.m. had to be at work by 630 man i was tired that day but worth it.

I'm subscribed. What are your plans for the project?
The plan this year was to get it running and driving but it seems to have a rod knock under a load idle is pretty smooth. Brakes are done except for a booster rebuild for now figured I'd try and get most of the interior done before putting it away for winter. I'll pull the motor and have it fixed next year and then just keep doing one thing at at time. But i will post pics as i keep going.

Found a few spare parts for the wagon the last yard trip very clean back window motor. And some spare trim and interior pieces. I can't believe i was able to find a wheel well not rotted out from battery acid. Got it almost all the way installed today. And the coolest find was a woodgrain steering wheel out of a 70 Sport Fury.
