'70 New Yorker power bucket seat / fold down passenger seat

Well this is pretty cool! I have a parts car out back (super rotted out underneath), with what I always thought was a power bench because it was covered in trim and dash parts! I had a guy asking about it so I pulled the parts off, turns out it's a power drivers bucket seat with a non power passenger seat, and the passenger seat reclines.
I did some reading on a couple other threads here, looks like in '70 it had to be cloth to get the fold down passenger seat?
Anyways, neat find in my own back yard LOL.
The car was fairly well optioned being a 4 door hardtop with..

That's a split bench, not buckets.
