Aftermarket Bucket seats because of medical reasons..?

I'm not a doctor, but arthritis is an inflammation of bone/cartilage joints, due to cartilage damage.
I don't think I would use a hardshell seat, I would worry that it would cause more damage due to zero cushion.
Although it might be the case that you simply couldn't drive the car without pain?

What happens is that certain movements cause a lot of pain and that includes the slidi g on the bench. I am not so worried about the in and out but the time i am in it. I dont mean a hardshell without cushions but... I am looking at a Sparco Qrt maybe but they are pricey whow.
