Almost A Driver

When did you pick up that beast? Pretty nice for a four-door.
I picked it up a couple months ago. Did quite a bit of work to it in the beginning but now the heat has slowed the pace. I need to get back on it and get the brakes done. I bought a parts car from a member here @Moparbrad so I should have everything I need.

Put in a set of seats out of a 65 NY'er parts car. Not perfect but a big improvement. Here's pictures of old seats and new.

While we're on the subject what are the chances a Fusey 4 dr sedan rear seat will fit? I'm asking because a member has one close to me.
Looks like you have a seat solution now, but to answer this question: I had a 73 New Yorker 4-door hardtop parts car. A friend took the rear seat and fitted it into his 65 Polara 4-door sedan. I think the seatback went in ok, but the seat-bottom foam was too wide so the rear doors wouldn't close. He undid the hogrings, peeled back the cover and cut down the foam so it would fit.

Jeeeez I just some sexy seats in a for sale 66/65 car, very unusual.

(edit) Are these factory for a 1965?

I christen this one "Frugal Fury!"
Chris can remember when I nicknamed a 62 Dodge Milhouse (from The Simpsons) and it stuck lol!

OK, finally got a title and registration. Gonna drive it for awhile and then sell it to fund another one!
