Aluminum trim restoration dilemma

I just want to add that i have done a couple of stainless and aluminum projects. I have done a 66 Charger on my own - oven cleaner on the aluminum, HF buffer, Eastwood wheels and compounds. Came out ‘ok’. Send my stainless 63 vette wheels to a guy named Carlos in Palm Coast FL. Came back utterly perfect for $100/wheel. I don’t know how he made then look factory new, but he did (stainless with frosted rings inside). Upon getting those wheels, I sent him my 77 T&C worth of belt line. He measured 90’ of anodized aluminum and he wanted $15/ft. I said ‘ok’. It was largely straight, but many dents and pitting. He sent back 90’ of truly pristine beltline. 2 years in, a couple of rain storms and largely indoor storage, it still looks factory fresh. I did not need to coat with anything and don’t recommend it. Does not need any help. It will be easy to keep perfect for a long time. If you want his number PM me.
