I need a pass side 1/4 window felt for the outside of a 68 to 70 Dodge 2 dr. B Body hardtop.
Pics below are of my outside driver side part in usable condition. It shows the style I need to find. Notice there is no stainless bead running along the top! It's all black.

Are there any C Body weatherstrips where I could trim it down to make it work?? My driver side is 25.5" long. I can bend the end & attach it to the 1/4 panel however necessary.

I have no reproduction parts on the car, so that's why I'm looking for an used, original part.

PM please, if you have a part that can help!

I've got a 68 Fury 4 door I haven sold much from. I can check it. I'll be out there in the yard this weekend. Remind me Friday to look if you haven't found anything

ok, will do. Thanks!

Would a low line 69 to 73 Plymouth or Dodge C body 2 door piece work?
Thinking the pass door is long enough. Just wondering if it has a stainless bead, or not. (I need without)

Any idea?

Those Quarter window seals were pretty generic back in the day. For example my previous ’70 New Yorker 4d Hardtop had the same seal as many ’65-’72 A and B-bodies (Metro Seal VS 7-A/FL). In fact it was only listed for A and B-bodies.

I suggest you take a look at the Metro Seal website, and decide for yourself:

www.metrommp.com

Good idea. I can see what might interchange - meaning long enough to trim down.
That would expand my search for the real thing!
THANKS!

I did get out there to the car. We've had a lot of weather & between the ice, pine straw, dirt & being wet I can't tell how good they are. I think I have a long set from a mid 70's New Yorker. I can look at those tomorrow if you like. I remember they where pretty long

Don't put yourself out if the weather sucks!
Sure - when you can , check the New Yorker.
Need 26" long and no stainless bead running the length.
(guess I could have said all black!)
Much appreciated.

I don't know. Mine on my '70 ragtop are gone. However, they dd not have clips as the ones you've pictured do. They "slid" into a slot on the window trim. The trim is attached to the window via glue; again, no clips.

Ok I have 2 more that might work. The red one is on a 64 Barracuda & the blue one is a wider soft felt from a 68 Monaco 4 door. If either or both will work let me know as it looks like I'll be in the yard all day Saturday pulling parts & I can get them then.

On the blue one, do you have the outside one?
Interior parts are "fuzzy", exterior are the 'felt sweeps'.
