Anybody used The Ram Man ?

I need a brake booster on the Imp rebuilt. I have a quote for $450 but think it's a little steep. The Ram Man in TX made an impression on a friend but we've never used them. The website is under construction so little info. Before I call them - anyone used them before?

I have seen booster dewey recommended on numerous car forums over the years so you can be confident they'll do a good job.

No personal experience but have heard some not so good things about the Ram Man. Don't remember specifics, unfortunately.

Rebuilt and replated. Replated the master cylinder cover as well for an extra $10
Assuming yours is plated...

I used Booster Dewey. Bought an old booster from a member here, he sent it over to Booster Dewey, who reconditioned it and sent it to me. Arranged everything via e-mai correspondence. Everything went smoothly, and in no time, really.

I concur, go with Booster Dewey! He did a great job and quick turn around.

The Zinc Plating HWYCRZR had done looks fantastic, but if you don't want to spend the extra $50 for the plating you could just go for the Free black paint like I did, however I chipped the paint installing it - But, nothing a little touch-up won't cure.
